She studied at the Royal College Of Music, London, and the Royal Northern College Of Music, Manchester, and is a regular Star Artist on BBC Radio\u2019s much loved <em>Friday Night Is Music <\/em>Night. As well as enjoying a busy concert schedule, she performs with many of the country\u2019s premiere orchestras including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the BBC Concert Orchestra, the Halle Orchestra, Northern Sinfonia, Manchester Camerata and the National Symphony Orchestra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Annette has performed for Elton John at his famous garden parties and for members of the Royal Family at palaces, stately homes and castles around the country, and a career highlight was being flown Stateside to give a very special private recital for former US President Bush Snr. More recently she was invited to share the stage with Alfie Boe as part of his UK tour, and her largest audience ever was as she sang live at the iconic FA Cup Final to over 280 million viewers worldwide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reviewing the worlds most prestigious Cruise Lines, the Sunday Times dubbed Annette the <strong>Queen Of The High Seas<\/strong> for her sensational one woman opera show. Following this Annette was thrilled to have the multi award winning Production Show <strong>Bravo! <\/strong>designed and mounted especially for her by Princess Cruises\u2026 only the second artiste in the Line\u2019s history to be given this accolade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Photographed for <strong>Vogue<\/strong> Magazine, Annette recently made her acting debut in the British Indie movie <strong>Polite Society<\/strong> (Working Title Films) directed by Nida Manzoor and premiered at the Sundance Festival, and won a National competition to be crowned the <strong>Face Of Vegan Happy, <\/strong>becoming a worldwide ambassador for this fabulous vegan and ethical brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A great favourite with Gilbert And Sullivan audiences, she has sung and recorded with Carl Rosa Opera, Buxton International G&amp;S Festival and most recently Raymond Gubbay, performing the roles of <strong>Phyllis <\/strong><em>Iolanthe,<\/em> <strong>Elsie Maynard <\/strong><em>Yeoman Of The Guard, <\/em><strong>Yum Yum <\/strong><em>The Mikado<\/em>, <strong>Casilda <\/strong><em>The Gondoliers and <strong>Mabel <\/strong>Pirates Of Penzance, <\/em>where her Pirate King was actor and impressionist Alistair McGowan.
